Do you require appointments, or can I walk in for a service?
At our beauty shop, we exclusively work on appointments for nail and hair services. We believe in providing personalized attention to our clients and ensuring their convenience by eliminating any wait times. By operating on an appointment-only basis, we are able to meticulously plan our schedule, guaranteeing that each customer receives our undivided attention and the best possible service. To secure an appointment, we recommend reaching out to us in advance either by phone or through our website. WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Here at Neon Moon Nail and beauty we only exchange faulty products if returned along with a receipt and the orginal packaging within seven days of the initial purchase. However, we make no exchanges on the following products: Acrylic powders, nail gels, Cutex or any liquid products like foundation. We also do not exchange any make-up products (as there are Hygenic prospects), there are testers in the store so please ensure you have the right shade and color before buying- as no exceptions will be made.
If you think a product is faulty, please leave it with use and it will be tested by a qualified stylist/nail technician. If a product is not faulty no exchange or refund will be given.
What is our policy on cancellations and rescheduling?
At Neon Moon Nail & Beauty, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We strive to accommodate our clients while also respecting the time and effort that goes into preparing for each appointment. We kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be on our waiting list or looking for an earlier opening.If you need to reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to find an alternative time that suits your schedule.We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur, and we will handle these situations with empathy and understanding. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from giving us the required notice for cancellation, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Do we offer gift cards for our services?

Do we offer gel and acrylic nails?
Yes, we do offer gel and acrylic nails services and removals! Our technician is trained to provide high-quality gel and acrylic nail treatments that will last for several weeks at a time.
